Dealing with bone/ligament stress from weak muscles

Does anyone have experience with ways to handle the following, such as braces, PT, or other? My muscles are weak enough that I feel new stress being placed on bones and ligaments. For example, the spine is under pressure because my upper back wants to cave forward without the back muscles holding strong. Also, my feet have gone pretty flat and now are getting sore from the ligaments and tendons getting stretched differently (I think).

Any ideas?
