PS. Hey, Doctors: some, many or most seizures can be prevented by low dose Arimidex (anastrozole) -- forget about benzodiazepines. I did the academic research last year and got it to my father. After his stroke, he became epileptic after a time. His seizures were increasing in frequency and seismology over the months. One milligram per week stopped them from the very first dose. Not one more seizure. Small pool size, but dramatic results.

What really causes and promotes prostate cancer? Estrogens. Same embryonic cells as for the ovaries, and, as you know, estrogen causes ovarian cancer. It does the same for the prostate. Testosterone is the problem by converting to dehydrotestosterone? Nope. Testosterone is the problem by converting to estrogens. Investigate and try low does anastrozole.

The following is one of the reasons I started low dose benadryl:

"My son has had WONDERFUL results with both natural and over the counter histamine blockers. He has had seizures for 9 years that were never controlled by medicine and most medicines made him 100% worse. We tried the histamine blockers that the neuro's had always told us to stay away from. The 2 that has made the biggest difference is dye free benedryl and atarax. YOU DO NOT TAKE THESE 2 Together. Both these do cross the blood brain barrier and for my son this is what HE NEEDED. HE IS NOW SEIZURE FREE first time in 9 years!!! The medical world has had no clue what happened to my son."

This was a responce to my query on the mito forum as to possible cognative improvement with antihistimines.

I haven't traced the likely path for this nor my lack of myocolonic jerks but I suspect it's the same mechanism.

Interesting, David. I will be taking more of a look at that over time. BTW, in my above post I meant to write "uterus" and "uterine" rather than "ovaries" and "ovarian."

Good luck with your theory and experiences.
