Postby tuts1230 » Sun Jun 10, 2007 7:44 am

Hi everyone,I have just read a report that vitamin K2 as Menaq7 can reduce thecalcium coating that is attached to ones blood vessels and note it comes from basically the same source as Q10 ie,fermented soya ,any thoughts as to whether we can kill 2 birds with 1 stone or take as an addition to Q10

Both I and my wife are taking it, me for my arteries she for her bones :)
I thought it a must after reading of the research findings at the University of Maastricht.

I hated beta-blockers and ditched them many years ago. Horrible things :x

Beta blockers are another kind of drug with the property of causing Q10 reduction, so no wonder they make people feel bad.
One particular type was taken off the recommended B/P drug, list for causing heart problems in Uk not so very long ago.
