I found that even doing the gentlest of exercises - those of zhan zheung, which are entirely static - just holding my arms in a fixed low position for 8 - 10 minutes caused my upper arm pain to returm. Don't expect to be able to exercise anything like a "normal" (i.e. unstatin damaged) person for a looong time after coming off the damned stuff.

I take 1g L-Carnitine, 1g L-Acetyl Carnitine and 300mg of Glyco-L-Carnitine spread in 3 doses throughout the day in addition to 300mg CoQ10.

:x
This is so sickening. The more I read of all these bad side effects, the angrier I become. WHAT will it take to get this crap off the market?
I was just reading on another web site about links to Auto-Immune problems as well as ALS tied to this junk.

How many more innocent victims are there going to be? This is just disgusting.
I wish you all well in your recovery. I have not taken, not ever will, statins...but started doing research for my mother-in-laws memory loss.

Best to all!
