Hi Paul02
I have found the most effective brand of Q10 available in UK to be Pharmanord Bio Q10 in 30 and 100 mg sizes. It is not cheap, but Nutriglow have it at a considerable discount on their website [www.nutriglow.co.uk], and delivery is fairly rapid. This is the brand Dr Peter Langsjoen recommended to me when I first found out about it 5 years ago, others have not proved to be as effective for me.
The capsules are oil based, I forget which oil, but not solidified by hydrogenation

It's soy oil.
I wonder if anyone uses palm oil?
Great source of Vit E.
