Red palm oil & Q10

Postby Brian C. » Mon Jan 29, 2007 9:05 am

Has anybody thought of supplementing their Q10 intake with red palm oil?

It is itself a natural source of Q10 and its full spectrum of Vitamin E types would seem to make it the perfect adjunct to our favourite co-enzyme therapy.

A good choice Brian, but not as tasty as VCO (virgin coconut oil)... YUM

Now read it. GREAT article! Good to have all that info collated in one place, the Weston A Price organisation seems a major clearing house of vital health intelligence. A great resource alongside Spacedoc to aid the fight against the disinformation and misdirection campaigns promulgated by "interests".

Now to start looking for virgin coconuts....
