Lipitor/Insomnia

I have been taking 5 mg of Lipitor for about a year. I was looking for a referal to a sleep clinic for insomnia when I discovered some people discussing the Lipitor/Insomnia connection. I stopped the lLpitor about a week ago and I am now sleeping much better. It was amazing to read the sleep patterns of others and seeing they were experiencing the same problem as I was. The Dr. knew I had insomnia and never suggested it might be the Lipitor.
