Statins, a three year followup

Postby Pdougan » Sat Jan 16, 2016 4:01 pm

Anyone who knows me closely knows that I can be opinionated :-) However, when it comes to statin drugs and cholesterol, I am fanatical. I am not a scientist, but I know how to read. Facts speak for themselves.

The following is a piece that I wrote for my physician (good guy and supportive) a couple of years ago and has also been published on a couple of health websites. I updated it today with additional information.

I just skimmed through the post and I'm pleased to see that you are getting much better now. My memory is still pretty dubious most of the time but its a lot better than it was when I was on statins :(

Tomorrow I will read the post again as I am tired at the moment and as I mentioned I had only skimmed over the post, once refreshed I will read it fully :)

All the very best,
Allen.
