Statins severely affect the way our body's chemistry functions. If you want to know more about how that process completes and provides energy, maintains cellular fluid levels, and takes out cellular "trash" go to the KAHN Academy and start learning. It is totally free, always.

The subj matter may prove a little daunting. but I recommend you try it anyway. Ignorance is what got us all on this site to begin, so enlightenment may provide some clarity, if nothing else. If you don't understand something - look it up.

The academy link is: **https://www.khanacademy.org/

An example of the sort of applicable (to Statin affected persons) lectures is (the KREBS cycle) here: **https://www.khanacademy.org/science/biology/cellular-molecular-biology/cellular-respiration/v/krebs-citric-acid-cycle

Get smart. Get better.

Best,

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oxidative_phosphorylation

The total system from beta oxidation thru the citric acid cycle and out thru the electron transport chain.

of these three subsystems it is the electron transport chain where the majority of our problems lie. My guess is that it is, in fact, complex one of the electron transport chain that is most likely the specific source of our troubles.
