I think that journal permits public access for a while then the article gets archived and is harder to access. So here's a copy uploaded as a PDF:

The "conclusions" section of the study appears to have been watered down and not a good summary of the results. Interestingly, the newspaper article quoted above does a better job of summarising the study than the study's own "conclusion" section.
