although it's to early to tell if it is reducing my plaque I can say that since starting with 2 teaspoons in 8 oz gatoraid with honey added to sweeten 3 times per day I have stopped having any trouble with indigestion and/or heartburn....it's been about a week and a half with absolutely no problems... just a little more flatulence which is probably a good sign...

well it has only been about 1 monthbut I already have noticed that the whooshing sound in my right ear (always the lesser of the two) has stopped. I cannot tell if the sound in my left ear is less but didn't expect any results this soon so I think the absence in the right ear is a good sign.
