Tara Parker writes a good column and it is done with a lot of common sense, she also asks "What do you think? Please join the discussion below".

Hi there Brooks,

that was a good comment and thankfully I am also on Aspirin, we tend to forget that it does so much more than stopping the blood platelets becoming sticky.

A couple of posts after yours (Julia Schopick's) has a link to another site where a no nonsense, straight to the point method is used and not just about statins, I was impressed with what I read and watched, I think it is well worth a look but I wouldn't be too surprised if this one has already been mentioned here before.
