Nice find Brooks,

this was the information at Dr. Mercola's site that Biologist was referring to in an earlier post. I thought that I had read this elsewhere to Dr. Mercola's and this seems to be the way I remember reading it (the way it is laid out on westonaprice). The problem with looking up different discussions, texts and arguments on this subject is that you end up all over the place and good information like this that you have provided often gets lost along the way.
