hit the wrong key "Ask the experts (continued)

So my question is about my supplements: 2000 IU's Vitamin D3, 1200 mgs of Calcium, 500 mg of Magnesium, 200 mg of CoQ 10 and 500 to 1000 mgs of L Carnitine. I am getting ready to add Krill to the list. What would anyone suggest about upping the dosages?
And would you add anything else?

I am like most people on this site, wandering around in the dark trying to figure out what might work and how much to take!

All suggestions greatly appreciated.

I'm taking about 4,000 mg per day in 1,000 mg doses about four hours apart. When I'm physically active, I can tell the difference shortly after missing just one dose. You might consider upping the carnitine a bit to see if that helps.
