" Tort Reform " will work if the finished product favors the customer (patient) and not either the capitalist or the socialist factions trying to control it.

Brian, are you saying the customer/patient is so ignorant that they do not know they should vote for a politician who will vote to support the desired results of a customer/patient favorable " Tort Reform" package?

Brian, unfortunately, the customer/patient has been dependent on politicians since the founding of this nation. This may be the fatal flaw of Democracy?

Brian, what the hell that mean? I don't think you know what fatal flaw of Democracy is. If you desire I will tell you. If not, no big deal, 95% of Americans don't know.

Democracy has a LOT of potential fatal flaws, with apathy either leading the list or darn close to it.
Democracy pretty muchs ends when The People realize they can vote for themselves money in the form of
any type of Government aid regardless what it is called (welfare, interest deduction, tax break, Social Security, etc.),
and then vote only for the politician willing to cater to their whim.
That's not democracy, that's addiction, and boy-oh-boy does this country have a LOT of addicts.
