I sent out my annual holiday letter last week and mentioned the joy of finding a treatment (L-Carnitine) for my "statin induced leg muscle damage". An old friend of mine (whom I have not seen in about a decade) then contacted me to ask about it because he has almost-identical leg problems from statins.
In last year's letter I just mentioned my "health problems". It pays to be more specific.
