Can't sleep

I can't seem to sleep through the night and wake up feeling nauseous and feeling general anxiety. Any ideas why?

I have generalized anxiety and take 1/2 mg of xanax for it- it puts you to sleep in 15 minutes

do know that xanax is addicting for 20% of the population and you can need more and more

please see a doctor
