lots of details @ ww.impostertrial.com/physician.htm
says taht muscle biopsy is only real way to catch myopathy
8-10% of people have troubles.
Same sort of table in a JAMA report that I dont have handy.

I have just sent an Email to impostertrial suggesting they try carnitine deficiency tests to their patients, will await results.
