Prior to the diagnosis of Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma and Follicular Lymphoma
in Dec 2011, I was diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma (skin cancer) in Jun 2010. The prescribed Statin regimen was 1993 to 2009 including, Mevacor, Zocor, Pravachol, Lipitor, Crestor.
